Machine introduces:

YZFM-1040 Automatic Pre-coated Film Laminating Machine is controlled by the OMRON PLC. One person operates easily. High automatic equipment can shorten the time of procedure and enhance efficiency. The diameter of main pressing steel roller is 380mm. This steel roller is heated by oil. So temperature can reach 120-140ºC. This machine is equipped with film separating and punching devices.

Machine features:

1. High speed & Non-stop feeder (Optional configuration: Non-stop feeding paper)

Eight suction nozzles achieve high speed and high precision. Non-stop feeder has pre-pile device.

Be based on the requesting of customers, this machine could add non-stop feeding paper device.

2. Laminating unit (Optional configuration: Laminating two sides)

The diameter of main pressing steel roller is 380mm. This steel roller is heated by oil. So temperature can reach 120-140ºC. This machine is equipped with film separating and punching devices. Paper overlap adopts servo technology, so the precision is high.

3. Separating unit (Optional configuration: Water circulating cooling system)

Water circulating cooling system could add in this part. Its temperature can be adjusted. It makes the sheets at room temperature do not easy to deform.

Separating unit adopts pneumatic device, it is automatic and live in a small area, operated easily.

4. Automatic stacker

During high speed running, it can turn on stream mode; and with the help of paper pressed device, make delivery smoothly.
